Enjoy a 4-course meal, created with seasonal and local ingredients and wine pairings. Chef-created, the meal will accommodate 6 people and may be held in the Gallery or the comfort of your home. Chef Ed Hoffey is an accomplished executive chef, culinary educator, and lifelong advocate for seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking. A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont, his culinary style is rooted in French classical tradition and a farm-to-table philosophy.

Three-night stay at historic Camp Arden in the heart of the Adirondacks
Three nights of your choosing (depending upon availability), at historic Camp Arden, located outside of Saranac Lake in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains.

Cost:
$25 per ticket or five tickets for $100
Buyer chooses a prize per ticket purchased. If multiple tickets are purchased, choices may be mixed.

Fine Print:
---Winner of the private dinner: Your information will be provided to the Chef, and he will contact you to arrange scheduling and details of your private event.
---Winners of artwork may pick up their pieces at the Gallery during open hours or arrange to have the work shipped to you (at your cost).
---Winners of workshops in 2027 will be notified in early 2027 when the Workshop Series becomes available.
---Winner of the Camp Arden stay will be provided with details for reserving their stay.
Three consecutive nights must be reserved. Dates based upon availability. You will be staying in the East Lake Cabin.
