Join instructors Pippa Dorfman of Sacred in the Round and Tammy Jordan of Healing Within, LLC at Bryan Gallery on Saturday, December 21 at 4:00pm - 5:30pm for a special 90 minute sound bath celebrating the Winter Solstice. This date marks the 24-hour period with the fewest daylight hours of the year. That is why it is known as the shortest day of the year, or the longest night of the year. You'll celebrate with sound vibration and guided meditation, to ease in this transition from short to gradually lengthening days. This session focuses on balance and mental clarity, aiding in the mind-body-spirit connection and ultimate relaxation as we prepare for more daylight. Cost: $40 per person. Space is limited and registration is required.
Participants are asked to bring their support materials including a mat and/or blanket, pillow, and bolsters as the gallery does not provide these items. We ask participants arive 10-15 minutes early to ensure they are ready to begin at 4:00pm, and ask that you enter at the front of the Gallery on Main Street. Parking can be found on the street, or in the parking lot behind the gallery. Simply enter via the driveway between the Farm Store and 158 Main for access to the parking lot. For questions, please email us HERE.
The Sound Bath at Bryan Gallery Series is funded by donation. All proceeds benefit future Sound Bath sessions. If you would like to sponsor a Sound Bath at Bryan Gallery, please contact Executive Director, Stephen Gothard. Donations may be made when reserving your space or by contacting us at the Gallery.
