Join watercolorist Annelein Beukenkamp for a fun-filled, two-day watercolor workshop where we will immerse ourselves in the colorful world of petals and pigments. Florals are a tireless subject that can be captured on paper in numerous ways. The workshop will cover several watercolor applications, including negative painting, hard and soft edges, value, scraping, splattering, brush handling plus many other techniques. Annelein will demonstrate her approach to painting in a relaxed setting with individual attention and a daily "show and tell."
Come flourish with watercolors! Some experience with watercolor is helpful.
Don't forget to bring snacks, lunch, water, sunscreen/bugspray (if outside), and anything else to make for an exciting, comfortable day of painting.
Upon receiving your registration, a materials list, a daily schedule and recommendations for accommodations and restaurants will be sent to you via email.
